By submitting a deposit via shop, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the policies listed below:
CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULE :
Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the retainers paid are non-refundable. Retainers are transferable once if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated.
WEATHER:
If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Ashley Mae Scott Photography and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
MISC.
There is no promise that any photo may be recreated. Child temperament and behavior during the session is not within Ashley Mae Scott Photography's control, therefore Ashley Mae Scott Photography may not be held responsible for galleries that do not meet the session description's minimum image count. Ashley Mae Scott Photography may not be held responsible for any injury that may occur during the session for any reason. Pricing is subject to change at any time with or without notice.
